These will cover cell phone numbers as well (free directories never cover cell phone numbers), as well as VoIP and unlisted numbers. They will also give you much more information about the owner. Some of these will give you the name, address, relatives, birthday, occupation and neighbors for the owner of any number you enter.

These services typically only charge you once for an unlimited number of searches. And when it comes to looking up information about a phone number, they are invaluable. You just need to know where to find them.
