Lookup Phone Numbers

It is common for people to want to look up phone numbers. You might want to find out the address of an old friend, or you might want to know more about a strange number that your spouse or child keeps calling. And maybe you just want to get revenge on the prank caller that keeps bothering you.

So how can you find out information about an owner of a phone number? Well, until recently, the only was was to a private investigator. This will cost you hundreds of dollars.

Why Would You Turn To A Private Investigator?

A while ago, private investigators were the only option when you needed to find obscure or difficult information about an individual. Huge databases with millions of records didn’t use to exist. But today, things have changed. And these days, you don’t need to use private investigators for anything.

The reason is because we now have access to databases with huge amounts of information. You can use these to conduct checks on people, and they can give you results in seconds. The simplest example is Google. Just search for someone’s name in quotes on Google, and you’ll find out a whole range of things about that person.

As for phone numbers, these exist too. There are databases of millions of phone numbers, complete with a wealth of information about the owner of the number.

Do Free Phone Number Databases Exist?

Free phone number lookup databases do exist, but they will cover landlines only. You’ll be able to lookup home numbers. And even then, you’ll only get the name of the owner and their address. If you want any more information about the owner then you’re out of luck.

This is why you need to use a paid service for looking up phone numbers. These will cover cell phone numbers as well (free directories never cover cell phone numbers), as well as VoIP and unlisted numbers. They will also give you much more information about the owner. Some of these will give you the name, address, relatives, birthday, occupation and neighbors for the owner of any number you enter.

These services typically only charge you once for an unlimited number of searches. And when it comes to looking up information about a phone number, they are invaluable. You just need to know where to find them.
